CONFLICTS BETWEEN ADAH AND FRANCIS IN SECOND CLASS CITIZEN

  The novel is centered on both interpersonal and intercultural conflicts. However, this essay will concentrate on the interpersonal conflicts which include both Adah and Francis. The both characters had many conflicts and disagreement which resulted in their divorce at the end of the text. One major quarrel between Adah and Francis is the former going for family planning pills, after the birth of Adah’s fourth child and the complication she had, she resolve within her that she would not have any more children.
